Refund Policy
Last updated: September 2026Refunds are issued by the official store, not by us. We do not process payments and cannot refund an order. What follows describes the producer’s published guarantee so you know what to ask for and by when.
The 60-day money-back guarantee
Every AlkaBurn order is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 60 days of the date of purchase. The merchant asks for at least 30 days of consistent use before a refund request.
Billing and refills
Billing terms are set by the official store and shown on its checkout before you pay. The current checkout lists refills shipping every 30 days, with the option to stop or cancel anytime. To stop refills, contact the official store using the details on your order confirmation before the next refill ships.
How to request a refund
- Find your order confirmation email. It carries your order number and the merchant support address.
- Write to that address inside the 60-day window, quoting the order number.
- Follow their return instructions.
- Keep the return tracking number until the refund appears on your statement.
Timing
Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and card processing usually adds a few business days after the merchant issues it.
What is not covered
- Bottles bought anywhere other than the official store. Marketplace and third-party listings are outside the guarantee.
- Requests made after the 60-day window has closed.
- Shipping charges already incurred, where the merchant excludes them.
If you are stuck
If the merchant does not respond, your card issuer’s dispute process is the next step. Tell us at our address as well — we cannot refund you, but we do want to know when a producer we link to stops answering.
